Safety

Your safety is our priority. At the venue there are multiple fire exits and safety measures in place and we will have a dedicated security team, the only reason this event would be cancelled is due to "Acts of God". These include hurricanes, fires, and situations like pandemic. Currently we are not expecting any issues with pandemic, however it is always good to be aware. The event is non refundable but should an act of God occur then you will be able to keep your tickets for the next year. Below are some common questions for you that we have answered:

Do I have to wear a mask? - No currently you are not required to wear a mask. We are following CDC guidelines, if this changes with the city of New Orleans we will let you know. Keep an eye on this page for any changes.

Can hurricanes happen in New Orleans? - Yes they can, October is part of the hurricane season which is often unpredictable, however we have safely and successfully thrown events even during tropical storms, this event space in indoors so will be sheltered from the elements. If there is a bad enough storm the event will simply be postponed.

If I feel unsafe at the event or someone is bothering me what should I do? - If you feel uncomfortable at any point do not hesitate to talk to a member of our staff. The team is there to help and will be recognizable by their badges. Please remember to speak up if you see something as it is the best way of keeping everyone in the community safe.

Can I bring my bag to the event? Will there be a bag check? - Yes you can bring your bag to the event, please make sure you keep it to a small sized purse (no backpacks or large bags) There will be intermittent checking of bags for drugs or illegal items at the entry point.

What items are not allowed? - Please do not bring drugs, firearms or real weapons to the event. (This includes concealed carry permit holders) However foam weapons are allowed.
